- Our disclaimer must be attached if you share your Tax Returns with third parties.

Responsibilities and Disclaimer
While we diligently prepare your Tax Returns, Monsta Tax & Accounting Ltd does not assume responsibility for the outcomes. Our standard disclaimer, attached to your returns, states that they are prepared on a compilation basis without an audit or review. This disclaimer extends to absolving responsibility for any inaccuracies in the information provided. We also do not express any audit or review opinion or provide assurance on the Tax Return.
Inland Revenue Engagement
Occasionally, the IRD may review filed returns. Our standard fee does not cover such instances, and any required involvement from us will incur additional charges.
Agency Authorization
By completing our Authorisation form, you authorize us to act as your Tax Agent with the IRD, allowing us to access information, file returns, and arrange payment extensions.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection to our work for you is limited to three times the amount of the fees charged to you. Written communication is advised for accurate and reliable advice, and we do not accept responsibility for verbal advice.
